Rude, Ignorant, and in violation of Federal law.
These people need to review the HIPAA and not hold records hostage because:
""we can't copy x-rays""
Per Federal Law, they must be surrendered upon request.
Some imaging facility this is. No digital x-rays, no copying.
Even my vet can copy x-rays!!!!
Dirty, outdated facility staffed by barely trained techs more concerned about GIGO then QOC.
Will never return.
Also advised my PCP of the dump she referred me to.
Pros: I can go somewhere else.
Cons: EVERYTHING!
