i started going to the gym about two months ago and i love it the convience of the daycare hours is wonderful when i am a working mom. all the staff is just wonderful, they have helped me loss 4 1/2 inches and 3% of body fat in just one month that is great for someone that has never commetted to working out before. sure i have been to other gyms but i always found myself not going after about the secound time, i have went to this gym everyday faithful and spend about two hours there a day, it is such a comfortable enviroment. i just cant say enough good things about this gym
Pros: every thing from the staff to the daycare, the facility, and classes
Cons: the only cn would be if you dont join
