Review content:
I visited Wags and wiggles about 4 years ago when looking for my new baby Chi. When I got to the house, the gal had to go back and forth to get the puppies...not sure where, but they were all timid and scared. She apparently kept them in her garage in cages, I do not advocate the upbringing of dogs in cages..with no love! I had a bad feeling about this breeder, as I had found the add in the paper and was leery. After more waiting and researching I found out that this business is a puppy mill and is affiliated with others. This gals family is the one who is currently being investigated in Mount Vernon and I believe she gets her dogs from there. If you go online with KIRO news, you can see the video and story about the puppy mill in Mount Vernon. I later found a at home breeder who is really nice and showed me the living quarters (which Wags n Wiggles would not) I would not recommend this breeder
