My wife and I took Black Tie from the Harvest Inn in St. Helena to the Martini House, 1 mile away last month. The driver wanted $40 for a 5 minute drive! After negotiating that this would include a round trip back to our hotel after dinner, we agreed. After waiting 45 minutes after we called for a pick up, he demanded another $40, or he would call the police! Do not hire this company if you don't want to be ""taken for a ride""!
Pros: Nice automobile
Cons: Total rip off outfit. Driver confirmed double charge with dispatch. Beware!
