Based on the reviews on this site, I went to CAM to have them move some files from my C drive to my D drive to create more space in my C drive. To my horror, the tech accidentally deleted my entire outlook and did not bother to backup anything first. MY ENTIRE CONTACT LIST, MY CALENDAR WITH APPOINTMENTS, MY INDIVIDUAL FILES IN OUTLOOK, ETC. ARE NOW ALL GONE. They tried data recovery but couldn't get them back. Can you imagine my frustration to have so-called computer experts cause a problem like this?
