Had been having wireless problems which could not be solved by another service which brought 2 pieces of equipment and spent 5 hours trying to make them work. Required a knowledge of relationship between the equipment provided by internet provider, the construction challenges of the building, the various wireless and connectivity wishes of three independent family users, and the type of equipment available for solution. CAM's representative carefully thought through the respective issues and challenges, offered the homeowner 2 approaches: one required reconfiguiring by the internet provider which was unsure it could accomplish the task in this neighborhood and would take 4 weeks to get to it., and the other a ""work around"" the provider's equipment. Homeowner opted for second approach and CAM's representative methodically established solution, intalled it and tested against all 3 laptops and in evey room, and solved other problems like software questions while working.
