I would highly recommend this company to anyone. As we all know there are millions and millions of people out there that call themselves contractors and companies when in reality, they are new to the business and do nothing more than buy the cheapest materials and find the cheapest laborers that are usually not trained to do the job right. This way, the customer pays outrageous prices and usually wind up with a job that falls apart within months. When this happens, they call the company back and usually find out they are out of business, or if they are still around they will fight that there is no fault of theirs. I say this from experience and from that and the loss of thousands I have learned a tough lesson and felt it my duty to warn people about these companies. I researched for hours and the decision to choose Unique was easy. The price wa right, the reviews were great and their credentials were all I needed to make me feel at ease in choosing them. Im so glad I did. Once I called back and said I would like to sign the papers and start, I was immediately responded to. I had a salesperson at my house that evening, and what a gentleman he was. He made sure to show me all current and updated documents including licenses, and insurance. This made me feel safe. Within two days I had a crew at my house and I had a dumpster that they paid for and set up so they coudl respect my home and clean up after themselves. I was amazed at the organization, and the timing of the job, which was started and finished quickly, and was done to perfection. After all was said and done, I received a follow up visit from my salesman to ensure I was completely satisfied which I was, and then a follow up call from the office to again make sure I was happy. Thats what I call respect for the customer. I made the right choice, and I urge anyone in need of work to their home to call Unique. As we all know, our home is our largest investment and we should do research and get a quality job from a company with years of excellence, as opposed to new companies that promise the world, but once the first check clears, the customer service stops. I am truly positive there is only one choice for any future projects and that Is Unique
