How about some good and honest contractor for a change?? I worked with one company on my interior repainting and reflooring when all hell broke loose. They gave me head full of problems. they didn?t do anything that we agreed on, flooring was wrong, color of the walls as well... I tried everything but, I didn?t make them to come back and repair their own ugly mistakes. So I decided to get a new contractor who can help me with repairing those mistakes and poor construction. After many questions, Unique was only one left who can provide all the things I needed. I called them, and explained them my situation. And since then finally everything started to move forward. They managed to fix the walls, and change all of the bad flooring.. thanks to them I can finally let off some steam. Call these guys. They can REALLY help you! more

I had a really pleasant experience with Unique remodeling. They are very skillful and professional. My house, especially my interior needed some good attention and I just wanted something were I can live nice , cosy and comfortable. A thing here, a wallpaper there and I will be more than happy. just something newer and better. I contacted Unique through my good friend who recommended them to me in first place. They asked me specifically what I want, and about materials and finishes of course. When we got a deal they started recreating my living and breathing space which I spend with my wife and kid. Yes, my house really needed such a renovation! It was a mess... And after quite some time I finally sat down and decided with my family members what to do with it. It was medium size family home in good neighborhood, but it was a bit neglected through the years. My good friend and neighbor has recently renovated his entire bathroom and recommended Unique to me. I sad I must see that bathroom of yours for myself. And I liked what I saw. So I contacted Unique and told them that I want to do, and that was to renovate my facade and car entrance and some pathways around the house, along with some repair work inside the house. The job went so smoothly, the workers were so understandable and helpful. They were always in contact with us, and told us how will next thing go. I never had a smallest concern how would everything work out in the end. And the last day of renovation was finally there! We hoped for this for a long time. Workers finished up every little thing that wanted attention, and soon, in the late afternoon, we could finally say that we have a almost like brand new home. I just want some competent workers who will come and finish exactly what you say to them. And I finally found the contractor that hires that kind of people. I?m taking of Unique. They really did a wonderful job with my interior, and respected every of my wishes and requests. You rarely manage to find something like that in these days. My flooring was bad I tell you, so it really needed a complete overhauling? I realized that no matter what room I was in, I constantly heard bad squeaking noises all the time. It started like something insignificant, but it just got even worse through time? I realized I needed some professional guys to help me out with that. I searched the internet for some time when I found out of Unique company. They seemed convincing so I rang them and thing started to go forward. I told them what I wanted, they?ve listened to me nicely, so I thought that we can make something really good, so my head wouldn?t pop out every time I go to get my soda. They sent me some very competent and collaborative team of men who really know what are they doing, so I was more than happy with how everything was turning out to be. I decided for laminate flooring, it is very durable and easy to clean, so they?ve told me everything I needed to know about them, got me some nice prices, I couldn?t believe how great these people are! They have done all of the fitting very fast. For couple of days the job was done. You kind a expect some delays every time, you know how it works, but no! These guys just wont allow that things to happen. They came, finished their jobs, without yelling and some disturbance for me and my family. And they?ve cleaned every single grain of dust!! How often do you see that?? I?m so grateful for hiring Unique, it has been a real positive experience working with them. Thanks a lot!! more

I had a really unused backyard at my home and didn't want to change anything because I was scared that it would take ages to complete. Fortunately, I was wrong because people from Unique gave me a really good contract offer and made me a great staircase and patio with a little chilling swimming pool. My design was completely different from the one they offered me and I am glad I listened. They've changed my back entrance and now I have staircase and patio. Really nice thing to have in a backyard. Also a small but relaxing swimming pool. Thanks to the Unique I have a really good looking backyard which I was so lazy to fix all these years. Now the problem is that I have a full backyard of friends everyday :) I am thinking to sign another contract with Unique to make some really good lighting around my house and backyard. Some thing in life are better to be done by yourself, some are not. I called Unique Home Design & Remodeling to update the looks of my bedroom. I have a fiancee for 6 months now and did not live in the house because we didn't like our bedroom. At first I must say that the job was done marvelously by Unique and it is so good to sleep in something that is refreshing and has style. I am a big fan of Feng Shui so I wanted this to be professionally done with some contractor that has good renown. I chose Unique and that was 100% great choice! I like the smell of oak (it reminds of eternity) so Unique did the bed, floor and furniture from the finest oak in the country. Unique most definitely earned my trust and I will always recommend these trustworthy contractors! more

Last Thursday I got my brand new solar panels. I was greatly pleased with Unique, because I got exactly what I wanted. On top of that they the costs were 30% below my expectations, so I finally have brand new panels that will reduce my electricity costs greatly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. As we all know there are millions and millions of people out there that call themselves contractors and companies when in reality, they are new to the business and do nothing more than buy the cheapest materials and find the cheapest laborers that are usually not trained to do the job right. This way, the customer pays outrageous prices and usually wind up with a job that falls apart within months. When this happens, they call the company back and usually find out they are out of business, or if they are still around they will fight that there is no fault of theirs. I say this from experience and from that and the loss of thousands I have learned a tough lesson and felt it my duty to warn people about these companies. I researched for hours and the decision to choose Unique was easy. The price wa right, the reviews were great and their credentials were all I needed to make me feel at ease in choosing them. Im so glad I did. Once I called back and said I would like to sign the papers and start, I was immediately responded to. I had a salesperson at my house that evening, and what a gentleman he was. He made sure to show me all current and updated documents including licenses, and insurance. This made me feel safe. Within two days I had a crew at my house and I had a dumpster that they paid for and set up so they coudl respect my home and clean up after themselves. I was amazed at the organization, and the timing of the job, which was started and finished quickly, and was done to perfection. After all was said and done, I received a follow up visit from my salesman to ensure I was completely satisfied which I was, and then a follow up call from the office to again make sure I was happy. Thats what I call respect for the customer. I made the right choice, and I urge anyone in need of work to their home to call Unique. As we all know, our home is our largest investment and we should do research and get a quality job from a company with years of excellence, as opposed to new companies that promise the world, but once the first check clears, the customer service stops. We did a major remodel of our home about eight years ago. We were in the process of getting estimates to remodel our kitchen and replace the windows and some old aluminum sliders (very heavy). Unique Home Design called us, offering a free estimate. I was open. They came, talked with us, and gave us their recommendations. They offered more than we thought we needed at a price that was below all the other estimates combined. We said: ""Do it. You've got the job"" Within days our home became a beehive. There were plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tilemen, and painters all over the house. They knew what they were doing and just went about doing it. There was dust and dirt, but it was tolerable. We watched the crews transform our home. When they said ""We'll have a plumber here tomorrow at 8:00."" He was here at 8:00. We remodeled our kitchen, master bath, guest room and guest bath. They installed all new dual-pane windows and three 10' patio sliding doors, painted inside and outside (texcoat), installed new carpeting, and even resurfaced the patio. They moved walls, closed up some windows opened others, and converted our home to a show place of which we are now very proud. We love this modest little home. They began work on August 5 and finished by the end of September. Friends who started smaller remodelling projects at the same time were still under construction a year later. We were so pleased with the quality and speed of their work that we have since referred many of our friends and acquaintances. In fact, one day the company called and said: ""You have given us so many referrals, we'd like to do something extra for you."" I suggested they install wood flooring in the hall and to match the existing floor in the family room. The did just that. It cost us nothing, zero, nada, not one dollar. About 18 months ago we called them back to upgrade our 60's fireplace (white stone) with travertine. It was done in three days. A new, clean modern look. Beautiful. Kobi, our project manager, has become a close friend. Whenever he is in the neighborhood, he stops by to say hello. We have become ""family>"" Would we recommend this company? Absolutely! I had my kitchen remodel done by Unique Home Design and Remodeling. They were wonderful. First they got me the materials at almost 35% of the cost price and the installation was excellent. They finished the job 2 days before they said they would and completely cleaned up all the mess. Ive gotten work done before by other companies rarely do they clean up there mess. Unique was always on time, respectful, and not pushy. I also paid exactly what I signed for which is also rare. All in all Unique is the best construction company I have ever dealt with. I was getting 5 bids on stucco and new windows, Unique home design was my 5th bid. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The reason i went with them is that the contractor knew more about the project then any of the others. As they started the job they were very informative on what they were doing and explained everything to me step by step. i wanted a smooth stucco and they explained to me all the positive and negative of smooth and how log it would take. as far as my new windows, i explained what i was looking for and they knew right away and brought me samples to see at my house. I was very surprised to see that they had there crew working everyday, and everyone in the crew was very nice and they kept the yard cleaned up every night. they finished the job 2 days early and even came back a moth later to check up on the stucco. I was very impressed and would recommend them to my friends more
