I would do business with them again anytime. Actually, I will be doing business with them again in 3 weeks. After spending one year in their program with one truck I (as well as other program customers) become eligible to trade my current truck for another one. I will be getting a truck with approximately 350K miles on it and three years newer. My payments stay the same. I only will have to come out of pocket about a grand. Logically, I cannot foresee ever wanting to keep the same truck which loses it's value while the cost of repairs increase. For a small fee once a year I can trade up into a much nicer truck with fewer repairs and miles and at the same time earn me more money.
