I opened an account wih this company 6 months ago with a substantial deposit. This morning I noticed one of their ""boys"" ripping the tank and regulator off of my house. He claimed I had an overdue balance, and that hooking up another tank was ""illegal"". I have confirmed with the office people that I don't owe money but they have yet to call me back and let me know what they intend to do. I had a small container on there because when I had called for a new tank two weeks ago they quoted me a waiting period of several weeks. They took the tank and the regulator and drove off. Thank You Island Propaine. Unbelievable.
Pros: They appear to be vaguely human.
Cons: Their field techs are lacking in basic education, if they wake up on the wrong side of the bed they might come to your house and make you pay for it.
