I have my carpets cleaned about twice a year & we have some problem areas where my dogs like to use the bathroom so i know what to expect. they showed up on time but charged me 25 dollars each time he sprayed his "" Rug doctor"" pre treament ! ( yes i saw him pour it out of the jug into his outdoor bug sprayer) Anyhow it went from a 64.00 job to a 175.00 dollar job & it looks & smells worse then before. The stains were not visable unitl after he left & the odor removal & protection is BOGUS ! Left my carpets soaking wet for over a day & dumped all of the water in my upstairs tub ! i could have rented a rug doctor for 40 bucks & did a better job ! Very dissapointed .
