Review content:
I was really excited when I found a relatively cheap moving company to move me across town. Unfortunately you pay for what you get with this company. My window of arrival time at my old apartment was between 7am and 12. They called at 9 and told me they were running late and that they would not be any later than 12. At 1:30 they were not there and I had not heard anything from them. I called them and no answer. I finally called the office and they told me they were on the way. They didn't end up getting there until 4:15. The movers were nice but unprofessional, taking numerous breaks to smoke cigarettes around all of my things and they made me feel very uncomfortable. They broke my radio and my shoe stand. When I went back to my old apartment to clean it I found that they had left numerous items behind that, I guess, they didn't feel like moving them! Overall, it was a cheap move but the anxiety and stress of the whole process was not worth it. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I would recommend using a better known company because at least you know they will be professional and show up on time.
