I've never used movers before Apartment Movers. Didn't see a point at first but they really helped me out when going from a house to an apartment, which required some serious down...

Worst

does not deserve a single star. They DID NOT SHOW UP. EVERY ONE WAS RUDE OVER THE PHONE, OWNER WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL DID NOT CALL.. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CALL THEM.

Completely unreliable company!! 8/6/2011

This company doesn't even deserve one star. We set up our move for 10:00. When they did not show, we called and were on hold for one half hour. When they finally answered, tney said we were not on the docket because they had called the day before and we did not answer. They had our 2 cellphone numbers and neither phone had been called the day before. So, then they set the move up for 2:30 that same day. Again they did not show nor did they call. I would never recommend this company nor would I ever try to use them again. They are COMPLETELY unreliable. more

Great All Around 7/29/2011

It's all true. These guys were great all around. Responded promptly to my initial call, easy to deal with, showed up on time, got started right away, totally knew what they were doing, super easy-going, basically worked without stopping for nearly 4 hours, asked great questions, took care with our things...we could not have been happier with them or their service. They were absolutely worth the money we paid, which was really reasonable, btw. more

These Guys Rock! 7/29/2011

This was my first time using movers and I concur with all the other raters --Curtis is great! The price quoted was reasonable and even though it was a super lousy rainy day, they managed to stay within the quoted rate, and get my stuff into my new place quickly enough so that nothing got too much rain on it. I hope not to have to move again for a while but if I do, Apartment Movers is the one I'm calling. more

Highly Recommended 7/29/2011

I just moved to Tampa. While I didn't use Apartment Movers for that move, I did use them to move a dining cabinet hutch I found on Craigslist! Paul was the only one of the people I had contacted me that quoted me a reasonable price for moving one piece of furniture even though it was on a 3rd floor walkup! In addition, he was flexible with times and was at the location as we had scheduled... I was actually a tad late! Some way or another they managed to move a 4 ft by 6ft hutch (in two pieces thank goodness) down some windy stairs and back to my apt within the hr! They were great and put it back together without even asking and the rate was exactly as he had stated. Definitely recommend for moves and especially if you can squeeze into their schedule to move single pieces you find throughout the city! more

The movers that helped us move were a fabulous crew to work with. They pretty much did all the work and we just had to sit back and let them do their thing. They were so careful with all of our things that none of our belongings had even a scratch on it. Great job. more

Thank you all for organizing my move. The movers called in the morning and arrived within the expected window. The covered my floor and furniture, the bubble wrap and shrink wrap worked like magic. They did two trips and stayed late until we were done. I brought them pizza and drinks. They were amazing and fast. Thank you so much for all your help, compassion and caring. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Your so accommodating. I have moved back and forth from Orlando to Tampa and now to Miami. Thanks to the owner for taking good care of me. As a young girl alone, I was a bit nervous, but she has assured that everything was taken care of. They put my furniture in the place that I wanted it and everything is in perfect condition. Thanks for the boxes. Wish the best to the Apartment Movers with all their future endeavors. more
