If it weren't for poor management!
I have to admit when I first got there to help with moving, it seemed like a great place to be. In fact, it is a great situation for anyone to come here to settle.
The EXCEPTION is that you would have to deal with inconsistent management. I don't understand how there is a specific sign speed limit sign posted yet I've noticed that this manager lady speeds up and down the little streets that are set up... It is one thing if a resident made the mistake. It is a totally different story to people of ""authority"" doing the same thing!!! .. that was just the first week of being there.
Even late night noise is an inconsistent issue....
This house can be loud, but the house next door can't.
These guys can have loud dogs... the next door can't.
Shame shame shame....
Pros: nice quiet place to live
Cons: bad management
