Best Trailer Park

If it weren't for poor management! I have to admit when I first got there to help with moving, it seemed like a great place to be. In fact, it is a great situation for anyone to come here to settle. The EXCEPTION is that you would have to deal with inconsistent management. I don't understand how there is a specific sign speed limit sign posted yet I've noticed that this manager lady speeds up and down the little streets that are set up... It is one thing if a resident made the mistake. It is a totally different story to people of ""authority"" doing the same thing!!! .. that was just the first week of being there. Even late night noise is an inconsistent issue.... This house can be loud, but the house next door can't. These guys can have loud dogs... the next door can't. Shame shame shame.... This is one of the finest mobile home parks in Southern Calif. The management is highly respected and well liked by the residents in part because she does not put up with those who cannot abide by the rules and regulations. She is neither senile, nor hateful, but cares about her residents. There is virtually no calls made to the Police for thefts, assaults, burglaries, because our residents are aware of those who come into our park and do not belong. Our residents look out for each other, and our community is one of hard working people. We all know that it takes a special breed to live in a trailer park, and our park is just what the name implies, The Best! Pros: Secure, clean, well sought after by working people more

Suprisingly the place is quiet although it is near big freeways. There are a lot of insects here too because of the storm drain. The lot rent is also very cheap. People, the neighbors are usually friendly and quiet. However, the real issue is with the manager that collects the lot rent month to month. She is either senile or she just doesn't like certain people. She will talk down on you in a VERY CONDESCENDING WAY! Some people in the community do not like her much and I have seen people leave because of their distaste with her with a police car to boot. If you follow the rules, you're safe. There are a lot of rules and regulations which makes it good, but oftentimes, management breaks these rules and insist other people to follow. For instance, you MUST drive 5 mph and if you go over that, you will be verbally harassed by management. She will literally wait for you to come back so you can get a scolding. Management on the other-hand consistently drives faster than 5mph, more like 15-20! Also, if you have a dog, make sure it does not bark more than five minutes, because if it does, the management will be there to say, and I quote, ""Shut your dog!"" If you want to stay here, just be warned. If you're in the retirement age, you're in management's good graces. Overall, it is quiet and safe, even though the manager can be rude.
