Bad customer service, employees won't even look you in the eye when you have a problem with a item purchased there or even a fish,, they just mope around and find an excuse why not to refund you , or even credit you , I used to think this place was cool, not now, it's pretty bad,
They play the PH game if you have a problem with a dead fish bought within a few days fish bought from there, the want name rank and serial number to even issue a store credit.
They will then ask for a water sample, (another trip) and find things wrong with your water even thou you know your fish are fine. And try to sell you chemicals you really don;t even need. if you refuse to buy,Then finally tell you there is nothing they can do , NO STORE CREDIT< NO REFUND> because there is something wrong with your water and out the door you'll go wishing you went to Petco or elsewhere,
I would not advise buying fish or anything live from here with the customer service I received. Don't say you weren't warned. HORRIBLE STORE & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
