Review content:
We did not have a good experience with Duca for our wedding. They were ok the day of the wedding, although didnt follow the time line too well. But when it came down to actually getting our wedding pictures, it takes FOREVER. We have been married almost a year now and still do not have our wedding album. If we were late on one payment, we got several phone calls. They take forever with our pictures, and dont want to hear it. They dont put this in their contract but they send the wedding albums to ITALY to be completed. In a time of economic crisis my own wedding photographer is outsourcing jobs!!!!!!! And when asked whats taking so long, Duca responds over and over with ""oh itll look great, wait a little and have it forever"" and ""italians are on their own time line they dont care what us americans want"" THEN WHY DO YOU SEND THE ALBUMS THERE?!?!?!?!?! If I didnt have friends take pictures for me at my wedding, I would have nothing. But Duca sure did cash our check for $3200 right away..... Bottom line, if you want your pictures before your first anniversary, DONT USE DUCA.
Pros: pictures are beautiful
Cons: my album is still in italy and we are approaching our first anniversary
