Duca Photography & Video

We absolutely LOVE Alex! I was so nervous on my wedding day but he made us all feel so comfortable. You could tell he knew what he was doing, he really knew how to take control. When everything seemed hectic he was able to gather everyone and tell them exactly where and how to pose, it was one less thing I had to worry about which was such a relief. He was so much fun to work with and he got along so well with my wedding guests, he has such a great energy about him and it shows. You really do get what you pay for! Our wedding album was made in Italy, it took about a month for it to be made and it came out GORGEOUS! I'm so happy!!! more

Alex Duca and his photography team saved our wedding album! We hired Hallmark Photography for our wedding and were so disappointed in the service we received after our wedding and in the wedding album itself. We literally left Hallmark's studio with the wedding album they gave us and drove straight to Duca. He reassured us that he would fix everything and he did! We are so happy with the album he put together for us, we should have hired Duca for our wedding but are happy we were able to have him fix Hallmark's mistakes. We did not have a good experience with Duca for our wedding. They were ok the day of the wedding, although didnt follow the time line too well. But when it came down to actually getting our wedding pictures, it takes FOREVER. We have been married almost a year now and still do not have our wedding album. If we were late on one payment, we got several phone calls. They take forever with our pictures, and dont want to hear it. They dont put this in their contract but they send the wedding albums to ITALY to be completed. In a time of economic crisis my own wedding photographer is outsourcing jobs!!!!!!! And when asked whats taking so long, Duca responds over and over with ""oh itll look great, wait a little and have it forever"" and ""italians are on their own time line they dont care what us americans want"" THEN WHY DO YOU SEND THE ALBUMS THERE?!?!?!?!?! If I didnt have friends take pictures for me at my wedding, I would have nothing. But Duca sure did cash our check for $3200 right away..... Bottom line, if you want your pictures before your first anniversary, DONT USE DUCA. Pros: pictures are beautiful Cons: my album is still in italy and we are approaching our first anniversary more
