I love the owners and had a great experience whenever they are there, but the mechanic/salesman is not too personable. I wanted some basic parts and the salesman just handed me all the most expensive stuff, and rang it up. He gave me my total even before I was even done purchasing, pushing me out of the store verbally, which, made me finish the transaction with only 2 of the 7-8 items I needed, and take my business to the Alhambra schwinn store on Main. I am dissapointed with B&H and miss the good old days when the sweet family ran the business on mission. R.I.P. B&H cycles so. pas. 2008. ""Once a great Bicycle Shop""
