They STOLE my vintage 1970s Westport ten-speed which I had dropped off for repairs and then didnt pay me for it. Very dishonest folks. DONT GO THERE!!!! more

I went to other shops in the area, and I have found that B & H Cycles offer the best prices, friendly staff, and quick service. I was given a Fuji bike from my company as a service anniversary gift, but it was too small. I must have called around to six different places trying to find a dealer who would let me trade it in for a bigger bike. The story I kept getting was that since I hadn't bought the bike from them, it would goof up their inventory system. Pros: Staff is very kind and helpful Cons: Interior of store should have better lighting. more

This is absolutly the worst bike shop ever, the owner cahrges triple for a bike and is rude and crops and mean and disgusting more

I love the owners and had a great experience whenever they are there, but the mechanic/salesman is not too personable. I wanted some basic parts and the salesman just handed me all the most expensive stuff, and rang it up. He gave me my total even before I was even done purchasing, pushing me out of the store verbally, which, made me finish the transaction with only 2 of the 7-8 items I needed, and take my business to the Alhambra schwinn store on Main. I am dissapointed with B&H and miss the good old days when the sweet family ran the business on mission. R.I.P. B&H cycles so. pas. 2008. This shop is a small ""Mom n' Pop shop""....its simple, but had what I was looking for. I had lots of questions and they helped me in every way possible. more

I have been trying for two weeks now to buy a Schwiin Air Dyne. They never return my calls and the salesman keeps saying he has to check with the owner....who ever that might be. I found the place diry, clutterred, disorganized and I am sorry I ever did business with them. Cons: completely disorganized more

Went there recently to look for two bikes. One for the kid, and the other for myself. Was in the store for ten minutes..... They wouldn't even help. Go to another store if you want some service. more

A good neighborhood bike shop. Nothing fancy, just your basic bikes and accessories, but the people are nice and they have a good selection of things for dressing up your favorite Schwinn. Good array of kids' helmets, too. more
