Review content:
I went away on vacation and left my wheaten there. My dog came back 2 pounds lighter and completely matted. All they do is feed and board, they do not even provide the basic needs that a dog (especially a long haired breed) requires. My dog was returned to me with clumps of mats the size of my fist; beginning from the top of her head going around her ears all the way down her chest. The best part was that the groomer had the audacity to charge me for grooming and told her manager that she did not notice any mats. I do not believe that they are very caring to animals; if they were, they would realize how painful these mats are and would not allow a pet (which many of us consider family) to get that way, let alone have the nerve to return the pet in the NEGLECTED condition that she was returned to me in. DO NOT BOARD THERE!!!
