Review content:
We used to love this place several years ago because of the ambience, superb service and fresh wonderful food, until last year when everything changed. The subdued, relaxing ambience of before has now turned into bright lights which reflects on the wall-to-wall mirrors and ruins the mood; food portions are inadequate, for instance, we ordered a spicy tuna salad and it was served on a gigantic bed of lettuce with 8 pieces of approximately quarter inch and very thin slices of tuna on top, we also ordered a rainbow roll with the seaweed so hard and chewy that we could not swallow it; service is practically non-existant, they only have two waiters which have no courtesy or people skills, they do have big attitudes, you have to wait minutes to flag one down and get their attention.\r My wife and I try go back every 6 months to see if it has changed, but to our regret it has not. This is definitely the last time we go. My only conclusion is that mostly all their clientele has to come from passers-by staying at the hotel, doorsteps from the Thai Cafe. As far as locals, like ourselves, I just can't imagine anyone would go back when there are such excellent places close by like The King & I and Shima
