Very Rude! Two employess were both rude to me. When I purchased an item and asked a question about it a woman employee was rude to me. Then I had to return the item (it was a shower connector) the ball inside of the connector was not tight enough to hold my shower head up. And there was NO way to tighten it. A male employee took my return, with the reciept & original packaging... and when I told him the problem and that there was something wrong with the connector his response was... There is nothing wrong with this! I told him that I must have a really, really heavy shower head then ... if I had read the reviews here first... I would NOT have gone to the store. I would not reccommend this business to anyone and the employees are not professional at all!!!
