My Family, and I were looking for a place to eat seafood. My Husband heard of a new place that just opened. It is called Beach Bum restaurant in New Castle, Delaware. We live in Christiana, so we decided to take a ride, and try them out. We arrived on a Friday night. They had five tables eating crabs. The smell of fresh steamed seafood filled the air!!! If you love crabs....you know what a turn on it is. My Husband remarked how clean, and new the place looked. We were greeted by a nice, friendly hostess. She welcomed us, and sat us immediately. My Husband ordered Jumbo crabs. My son ordered BBQ ribs. My daughter had jumbo fried shrimp. I had the crab cakes. All I can say....the food was great! Portions were huge. We had enough to eat the next day. I highly recommend Beach Bums! We hope after their grand opening (scheduled for April-May) they don't get too busy. Try them when you crave fresh seafood. I hope you have as good a time as we did!!!
