My husband and I went to the Guitar Center in Englewood looking for a nice keyboard. The sales people are knowledgable, but we felt like they were trying to make an extra buck off of us. If you are trying to get the best value for your buck, they won't show you that. There was a nice man who was a customer that had a lot of knowledge with the keyboards, and he spent about an hour showing us how to records our stuff and what keyboards that would get the job done. He was a musician who had a lot of knowledge. It's pretty sad when the customer helping you cares more about you than the salesman. They are all young kids. Well, the whole time he was talking to us the sales people (all 6 of them) were getting upset and shaking their heads like they were mad. They were trying to interrupt us several times asking us if we had any questions for them, and of course we didn't. I do not recommend this place to buy anything. They do not work off of commission but they do get a nice bonus off of what they sale.
