When I first moved into this community management was great and the apartments were descent. I have lived here for 6 months now, and in the last month previous management and employees were fired and a new management group came in, since then I have had nothing but problems. My lease expired this month and they wanted to charge an addtional $150 to my rent before I renewed my lease, they also refuse to apply my student discount. Previous management promised my current rate would stay the same when I went to renew, the new manager, EMILY, will not budge and refuses to help reduce the $150 asking price for my unit. She is very rude and does not care about residents. In the last month that she has been there they have lost so many residents. DO NOT move here! They will try their hardest to take all of your money! Be wise and look somewhere else, I was so happy when I first moved here but now I wish I'd never even looked at their community. STAY AWAY! I would rate lower if possible.
