Just wanted to let people know that the entire management team has been replaced as of June 2012. I've lived here 4 years now. It's a cute place to live, I feel safe, LOVE the casitas. I've had to transfer units twice and they've been very willing to accommodate me, though both times they quoted me higher rent than what was advertised for the same unit on their website. I printed the page out and showed it to them and they were willing to match it. Oh, and in my experience, the residents there are very courteous about parking spaces. In 4 years I've only had my spot taken once, which is very rare. Basically, apartment living is apartment living. There is always some good; some bad.
