My first experience was good since the dry cleaner was walking distance to my home, reasonably priced and had a good turn around time. In addition, they have a bin for hangers and plastic that you can bring back for recycling (so I can de-clutter my closet of these nasty wire hangers and plastic).
However, in a subsequent visit when I brought in a bigger load of dry cleaning I was not happy with their work. The neck stains on my boyfriends shirts were still there and now pressed into the fabric and I didn't get back 2 black cocktail dresses and a pair of pants. It took them 2 weeks to come up with the order and I had to constantly call to check on the ""status"". Then when they found the order...I ended up paying for it.
Pros: good parking
Cons: inconsistent, lost my clothes
