Forced to buy $20 green bag, charged $2.50 for a wire hanger and a food stain that Shout could remove is now permanent. The staff is very rude. Avoid Flair at ALL costs - especially the one on Montana Ave! p.s The staff clearly put the good reviews on here! Just read that junk and you can tell it's not a real customer. more

After shopping around for a good dry cleaner in Santa Monica, I really think these guys are the best option. They do a great job, their turnaround is fast (in by 10, same day service). Only downside is that they're a bit pricey, but they have coupons on their web site that make it more affordable. When they have made mistakes (items ready late, small burn on a shirt) they've been super apologetic, and very good at making amends. Flair is a really good dry cleaner in Santa Monica. Their VIP service is great. You enroll, give your billing information and they give you a few laundry bags. Then all you have to do is hand them the bag when you are dropping your order off. No ticket, no wasted time. Dry Cleaning is usually ready same day if you drop off early in the morning. With the VIP service, all you have to do is give them your phone number and they quickly hand you your clean close. Alterations lady is fast and does a good job too. Pros: Parking lot, same day dry cleaning and easy to get in and out quickly Cons: Their laundry wash service is crazy expensive. more

My first experience was good since the dry cleaner was walking distance to my home, reasonably priced and had a good turn around time. In addition, they have a bin for hangers and plastic that you can bring back for recycling (so I can de-clutter my closet of these nasty wire hangers and plastic). However, in a subsequent visit when I brought in a bigger load of dry cleaning I was not happy with their work. The neck stains on my boyfriends shirts were still there and now pressed into the fabric and I didn't get back 2 black cocktail dresses and a pair of pants. It took them 2 weeks to come up with the order and I had to constantly call to check on the ""status"". Then when they found the order...I ended up paying for it.
