These Guys are awesome! I had a pipe bust in my kitchen, that flooded 1/2 my house. I called these guys and they told me what was broke and said they could be out soon. I told them to wait, while I called some other plumbers. (All the other plumbers wanted $400+, just to look for the leak, not to mention most wanted to rip up my foundation). I called Maclin back, they knew exactly where the leak was and fixed it for way less than the other guys ""looking"" fee. That was awesome, but in the repairs they took into account that I have small boys running around. Matt took special care of cutting my sheet rock, so he could place the cut out sheet rock back in. It took over 6 months to get my house repairs done. If they would not have gone the extra mile for me, I would have had a huge hole in my living room wall. Thanks guys, life with 3 little boys and a large hole in my wall would have been dreadful.
I called them back out when I had my shower redone to do the plumbing for me. While they were here, Jerry showed me how to disconnect my sink stopper, and didn't charge me a thing (this was a big deal for me, I should have bought stock in Drano).
I spoke to Robin several times, she was so sweet and helpful. They gave me the name of a company that dried out my house before mold took over (I didn't even know you could/should do that). These guys are very honest and and have much knowledge. I can't build them a shrine (darn HOA), but I will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future.If you want the best, call these guys.
