Review content:
The staff at white birch are verey rude, Maryellen the park manager lies to residents so much she cant determin the truth. She talks about other residents personal buisness to other residents which is hippa violation. they discriminate against certain people. It seems maryellen has 2 personalities dont turn your back on her you will be pulling a knife out. Looks are deceiving think twice before you move here. They have a few lawsuiets against them. Park maintence is not verey good. One maintence walks around drunk all the time thats pretty bad. The owner of the park has no clue what is going on in the park. And lots of illigal things move in and out of this park. I would not recomend this park to any one. Dont take my word for it ask any resident.
