White Birch Village

White Birch Village has great home rentals! I am so happy I found this place to live. The community is well maintained. The owner and manager, Steve, is very helpful! My house is so much bigger than any apartment I could find for this rent! This is a great home for my family! more

I thouroughly enjoy living in this community. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The staff is tremendous. Mark and Trin do everything in their power to make sure everything is in working order. I have never had any problems with the manager, Mary Ellen. Trin has even cut my lawn on a couple of occasions because I do not own a lawnmower. Pros: Beautiful sites Cons: None that I can think of. more

The staff at white birch are verey rude, Maryellen the park manager lies to residents so much she cant determin the truth. She talks about other residents personal buisness to other residents which is hippa violation. they discriminate against certain people. It seems maryellen has 2 personalities dont turn your back on her you will be pulling a knife out. Looks are deceiving think twice before you move here. They have a few lawsuiets against them. Park maintence is not verey good. One maintence walks around drunk all the time thats pretty bad. The owner of the park has no clue what is going on in the park. And lots of illigal things move in and out of this park. I would not recomend this park to any one. Dont take my word for it ask any resident. Pros: looks nice Cons: bad staff more

They have someone on site for a few hours a day but she is very rude. Not profesional at all. And way too much smoke in the office! more
