First - I am a person that had a debt... long story short... obviously this group was hired to garnish my wages - honestly it wouldn't be a big deal as long as I knew about it and had some preparation - of course, I wouldn't be in this situation if I ""had just paid the remaining amount on the bill""... but in essence, when I tried to talk to these people because I was under the impression that the debt was completely paid off - I was transferred to a rep named Tom who was nothing but nasty...
