A Nasty Surprise!! 7/3/2009

I have no idea who these people are, other than that they are a collection agency of some sort. I have NEVER received ANY communication from them whatsoever, until I receive a phone call from my landlord saying they looked up my hime address to see who the house belonged to and contacted HIM to get a hold of me!! My phone number is LISTED and if they knew where I lived, why did I not receive any letters or other communications? The embarassment was totally unnecessary, and if that is part of their tactics, then they truly are as bad as the other reviews say they are! Cons: All more

wrong side of the business relationship 1/16/2008

First - I am a person that had a debt... long story short... obviously this group was hired to garnish my wages - honestly it wouldn't be a big deal as long as I knew about it and had some preparation - of course, I wouldn't be in this situation if I ""had just paid the remaining amount on the bill""... but in essence, when I tried to talk to these people because I was under the impression that the debt was completely paid off - I was transferred to a rep named Tom who was nothing but nasty... more
