I've been going to this salon for the past 5 years. I'm a working mom and its hard for me to make appointments in advance so I usually call a week before. Because of this I've seen just about every stylist that works there lol. Their all awesome (yes I have my favorite and he knows who he is :) ). The salon stays pretty busy and if you're looking for a specific time with a specific person you might have to wait for the appointment, though they do use a cancellation list which I use regularly. If your looking for a talented hair salon I would give them a call. I always feel like a million bucks!!!
Pros: Talent! down to earth, great team.
