Had very bad experiences with this clinic.... I kept going back because I heard good reviews about the place but it never got better. Absolutly terrible rude staff. Most recently I took my German Shepherd in to be Xrayed for hip dysplasia. I specifically asked for OFA xrays (the official orthopedic foundation) at the first appointment and ALSO the day I dropped him off. I was charged over $300 with the understanding I would get an OFA certification. It involves anesthesia to put the dog to sleep and requires the hip completely straight. 3 weeks later I called asking wh it was taking so long to get results. They then told me that they NEVER SENT THE XRAYS IN. It took 3 weeks to give me that info!!!!!!! Instead, I was charged $300 for Xrays that they sent to a local clinic. The clinic recommended that the Xrays be repeated due to my dogs pelvis being rotated and crooked on the Xray. Dr Graf's clinic refused to reshoot the badly taken Xrays. When I took my dog back to redo the Xrays they charged me full price again, even though it was their fault for not taking a good Xray. They never even said ""sorry"" for making my dog go under anesthesia unessessarily, or for the time wasted OR for the out of pocket fee's they NEVER should have charged me. Would not recommened this clinic to anyone... they might have been good before but the money hungry, rude staff make it a very bad clinic.
