My husband and I rented an apartment from Walter. I was suprised on the upkeep of the apartment, and the building itself. After viewing many apartments in the area Walater's apartment by far where the nicest we had seem. We did end up renting from Walter, we rented from him for over two years. We never had any problems with having repairs done quickly. When we moved out we turned in our keys and two weeks later we recieved our security deposit back. As a renter you must understand that when you move in an apartment or a house the fact is your renting. So any damages that are done are the tenents responsiblity. However if you leave the apartment in the condidtion it was in when you moved in then, you are due your security deposit back. Walter Thanks again! You made our stay in Virginia a pleasent stay. If we ever return to the area and are in the Market to rent again. You will definatley be the one we contact first. Thanks Again. Mr. & Mrs. Marshall
