Had my membership since they opened and enjoyed the gym for the first few years. Then due to school, work, and an internship, I didn't have time to go to the gym. When I went in to cancel my membership, the female manage convinced me to ""suspend"" it instead. All I would have to pay was the annual fee. I signed the form (was not given a copy of the single piece of paper) and the manager stated that she would see me when I was ready to come back. Sept 2010 I saw the annual fee pulled out of my account (as expected) but missed the monthly fee that followed for the next 3 months. When I finally was able to speak to the manager she stated that suspensions were only for 12 months and they would not return my money or credit my accounts for those months.
