I unfortunately had a poor experience at this spa. I was looking for a relaxing experience and was let down by the quality of the services. The atmosphere is loud and you either are hearing clients talk in the waiting area or the staff gossip from the pedicure and manicure areas. The pedicure chair is broken and uncomfortable. The extras they add on to basic services are not worth the extra money. They say they sanitize thoroughly but are not as sanitary as they should be. I have had many pedicures from basic salons before and walked away with better service and cheaper prices than this place.
