Love this place!!!! 10/9/2009

For my birthday I got a gift certificate for Simply beautiful and I just loved it! Very clean and gorgeous inside. Great massage, Tony is the best! Pedicure was really enjoyable and they made me feel really comfortable. Will for sure go back! Pros: Very clean and friendly.... Cons: Wish it were closer.... more

Where do I start... 8/9/2009

I unfortunately had a poor experience at this spa. I was looking for a relaxing experience and was let down by the quality of the services. The atmosphere is loud and you either are hearing clients talk in the waiting area or the staff gossip from the pedicure and manicure areas. The pedicure chair is broken and uncomfortable. The extras they add on to basic services are not worth the extra money. They say they sanitize thoroughly but are not as sanitary as they should be. I have had many pedicures from basic salons before and walked away with better service and cheaper prices than this place. more

Great service, brazilian/bikini ask for Angela 5/28/2009

I regularly get a brazilian from Angela. She's the spa owner and she's quick and as pain-free as possible. She's usually done within 10-15 minutes. I have gone to 2 other women at this spa; both took much longer and were more painful, and also the wax was too hot with the other girls. Angela is the best, I will only go to her from now on, and I love the treatment I get there. I always show up 15 minutes early, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes before being put in a room. Great service! Pros: Prices are competitive ($55 for brazilian) Cons: Some estheticians aren't as skilled as others more

Best Spa in Lombard 8/24/2007

This was my first experience at a Spa and it was wonderful. I received back, neck and shoulder massage and it was the best. The atmosphere was relaxing the staff was great. I felt like a queen! I will continue to come back again and again. Pros: n/a Cons: n/a more

Hidden gem 3/4/2007

I shop at Yorktown all the time and didn't even know this spa existed! Once found, I now love this place. I went for a manicure and pedicure and it was great. Everyone was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. I also have facials, which are wonderful. They are really knowledgable and my skin felt wonderful after. It was very luxurious and I do facials now about every 4 weeks. I got a gift certificate for a hot stone massage that was outrageous, I felt like butter after. It's small but has a warm elegant feeling. I highly recommend it! Pros: They do everything Cons: Hard to find more

A little piece of heaven 10/10/2005

I am in love with this place! I work in the city, so Simply beautiful being in Lombard is a bit out of the way, but it is definitely worth the trip. Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable and skillful. Manicures, pedicures, massages, electrolysis, facials, you name it... you have to try it!!! You will never have to go anywhere else again! Pros: friendly, professional, relaxing atmos. Cons: none! more
