Terrible Customer Service! And I don't care how long VIP has been in business. There are plenty of other stores that offer the same lines, but with much better service. Don't waste your time. Unfortunately, I was not treated very well on several different occasions, but I thought it would be different this time. All I wanted was to purchase my dress and bring in my bridal party (total of 14) to purchase their attire, but I guess I'll take my money elsewhere!
