RUN - DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY DRESS SHOP!!! I HAVE PERSONALLY PURCHASED 3 DRESSES, AND REFERRED SEVERAL FRIENDS THAT USED THIS PLACE FOR THEIR BRIDAL PARTIES AND MOTHER OF THE BRIDE DRESSES. SALES STAFF IS HIGH PRESSURE AND PUSHES FOR IMMEDIATE ""NON-REFUNDABLE, ALL SALES FINAL"" SALE! THEY WILL GUSH ABOUT HOW GREAT YOU LOOK AND GO ON AND ON. ONE PARTICULAR DRESS I LET THEM PRESSURE ME INTO PURCHASE - WHEN IT DID NOT TURN OUT AS I WANTED, THEY WERE RIGID AND INFLEXIBLE, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I WAS A STELLAR LOCAL CUSTOMER!!! THEY WOULD NOT EVEN OFFER ME A SMALL CREDIT THAT I COULD USE TOWARDS ANOTHER PURCHASE-THEY WERE THAT RIGID! THEY WOULD HAVE MADE MORE MONEY OFF ME SINCE I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A MORE EXPENSIVE GOWN. I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND HAVE REFERRED TO THIS PLACE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND TO BEWARE. THIS OWNER NEEDS TO KNOW THAT POOR TREATMENT TO LOCALS, CUSTOMERS WITH BIG REFERRALS AND MULTIPLE PURCHASES WILL HURT THEIR BUSINESS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ""MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMERS"" SHOP! THEY PLACE LOOKS LIKE A DIVE, BUT IT WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SO REGRETFULLY, I GAVE THEM MY LOYALTY. LATER I CHECKED, AND DRESSES PURCHASED FROM THEM WERE SOLD ELSEWHERE MUCH CHEAPER. I FEEL LIKE A COMPLETE FOOL! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY DIVE DRESS SHOP!
