I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck at Ord market for 9:00am through the U-Haul website. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the owner said they wouldn't be checking in the trucks from the previous day's rentals until 10:00am and wouldn't be checking out trucks until that way complete. I had three movers working for me at $20/hour each. I showed the owner my reservation with U-Haul showing 9:00am and he said he was under no obligation to honor it. On the plus side, I called 1-800-go-uhaul and they moved my reservation over to the Penny Saver Market, where my truck rental was quickly and courteously processed.
