Review content:
Don't ever use this place to rent a U-Haul truck from! They are rude, unreliable and inconsiderate. In my reservation e-mail for the U-Haul, it did not state a specific time to pick up the truck just that they operated from 9am-12pm. Then the day I was to pick up the truck, they called yelling at me that I was supposed to be there at 9am and now if I was not there in 30 minutes they would give the truck away! I tried to explain that I was not informed that I needed to be there at 9am but he just kept interrupting me and raising his voice. When I got there the man was extremely rude and had no manners at all. The office was in the back of a market - it was disgusting and dirty! I had asked for some specific moving supplies in my reservation which he did not supply me with but charged me for and I know I have to fight to get the charges off my credit card. Overall, a horrible place with no customer service!
