Review content:
I have tolerated their overpriced products and condescending attitudes for years, but the final straw was : after several failed attempts to remove a few tiny warts on my 9yr old's leg, the most recent treatment left a terrible rash that would not go away. When I called for an appt. for this problem, they booked me 6 weeks out! A week later I called, the rash was worse, ""sorry, we're too busy"" to get me in. A week later, begging them for an appointment, ""too busy"" Several more days, the rash looks infected, called them ""nope, too busy"" This past Monday, I called and told them, now he has a rash covering his entire body, what should I do? ""I'm sorry we are booked, you can leave a message with the nurse"" Well, the pediatrician got us right in and sent us straight to the emergency room! His entire body had gone into an id reaction from the infected rash and he has undergone massive doses of steroids, antihistamines and antibiotics. The appointment Helendale gave us, back when I first called in March, was for April 30th. Today is April 13th. Guess I can cancel that appointment!
