Review content:
There are a couple different body shops right down the street from my work, and I had taken my car to one of them and everything turned out fine. However, my boss took her car to Detroit Auto Body and highly recommended them. She said the service was excellent, they were very respectful, and her car was done on time. She had nothing but great things to say, so I decided to try them.
I was very satisfied with Detroit Auto Body. I felt exactly the same way that my boss did. My Mazda had been rear-ended, so they had to replace the bumper. Everything turned out great. They washed it after doing the work, and it looks really good, as if it is brand-new. Also, the car was ready when they told me it would be ready. This was important because I had to get a rental car in the interim and I needed my car to be done on time.
I usually do not like walking into mechanic shops to get my car worked on, but at Detroit Auto Body, they make you feel very comfortable. It was not awkward for me at all, as a woman, and I really appreciated that.
