The best thing I can tell you is stay far far away, there is no free appraisal as advertised, this is a verbal estimate of what they will pay for you precious items. That my friends is the industry's leagle approach to theft. You will not be given a fair price for your items nor will you get an appraisal. Oh, and let's not forget these guys can't even show enough respect for the customer by wearing a shirt ( button up) and a shower? Questionable. Keep your jewelry there are better places to go.
