Friendly, straight forward, answered all questions 1/14/2012

Frank was very knowledgeable and explained everything in easy to understand terms. My wife and I were in and out within 15 minutes selling some old gold jewelry. I know we got top dollar for our items. That was the first time we had tried to do that and it's not that we were afraid, but just didn't know how it all worked. Surprised! 12/16/2011

A co-worker had told me about going to Bellevue Rare Coins and being so surprised about how much she received for some old jewelery. I decided to take a few pieces over on my day off and I was shocked about how much those old necklaces were worth. I was helped by Chase and he was awesome. We talked about being neighbors back on the east coast, he from Kentucky and I from West Virginia. Chase was very personable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. My boss recommended to me that I bring my wife's old jewelry here especially right before the holidays. So I stopped by and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get quite a bit of money for it. Chase was my clerk and he did a great job.
