Judging from the reviews, your experience may vary, but we had a tough job on a big maple, with many overhangs into the neighbors yards - over sheds, PVC fences, and 2 playsets. His estimate was 1/3 of anybody else, he came exactly when specified, cleaned up ALL branches, twigs,etc, and didn't damage anything.... and like the contract said - he refills the stump hole (if ground) with the stump grindings - big whoop. 20 minutes with a shovel and it's nice and level and you have a bunch of mulch for the rest of your garden. I wouldn't think twice to recommend Cheap Charlie to all my friends and neighbors. Awesome!
