We adopted a kitty from a shelter when she was only 5 weeks old. Kitty came with a gift card from a neuter at the Animal Trustees. I had no problems getting her appointment scheduled. When it was time to bring her in, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. They encouraged me to interact with the kitty, which I appreciated. I left her there and picked her up later that evening & our kitty was in fantastic shape. This place is top notch in my book! And even if we wouldn't have had a gift certificate for her, they are EXTREMELY affordable!
